Scope Architecture was established by John Wilkinson in 2017. He has spent over 30 years in the construction industry with more than 20 years post-qualification experience in the Public Sector and Private Practice.

John has an extensive portfolio of projects including; Luxury Private Housing, Listed Buildings, Commercial Retail, Primary and Secondary Schools, Higher Education, Libraries, Museums, Airports and Magistrates Courts.

The formation of Scope Architecture was the next natural step for John, to allow him to develop new business opportunities utilising his key skills and expertise.

John has extensive experience of running projects through all RIBA Work Stages using Traditional and Design & Build JCT contracts of values up to £15m.
