Overview
We provided extensive consultancy services to FBA Design Ltd, including site attendance for Soho House private members club on Brighton seafront.
The project involved the repurposing and extension to existing disused retail units to create a series of bars, eating spaces with associated back of house facilities and a swimming pool.
The project presented many challenges including construction over the Sea Life aquarium, limited loading of the existing structure, Listed Building elements and a harsh sea environment.
The building features a green roof and a bespoke window system to the swimming pool which was developed exclusively for the project.
